Discussing barriers to exercise can bring up some quite personal issues, so it's really important for you to know that everything you say is dealt with in the very strictest confidence. Nothing will ever be repeated to anyone else, apart from in very rare circumstances where your personal safety, or that of others, could be at risk. This is true of all personal training, talking therapy and Walk and Talk sessions, so you can feel safe to talk about subjects that could be quite hard for you to discuss with anybody else. Your time with me is your safe space to find ways to deal with any negative thoughts, anxieties and stresses that are holding you back from physical and mental wellbeing.
